aeseb1 Jobsite Earbuds

Wireless earbuds that can be used for ear protection. With an NRR (Noise Reduction Rating) of 28. Designed from scratch with a rugged design to survive a jobsite.

PERFORMANCE THERMAL SOCKS

Merino wool woven socks designed via sketch communication with a domestic supplier.

STRAIGHT CLAW AND BALL PEEN HAMMER

A refresh of the previous line of hammers released applying an updated design language and color scheme.

HEAVY DUTY HINGED KNEE PADS

Knee pads for heavy industrial use with a multi-material makeup for maximum comfort and protection.

PROFLEX HARD SHELL HINGED KNEE PAD

High protection knee pads for the jobsite with a high friction kneeling area for better grip.

XL Tool Backpack

The XL tool backpack, with 40 pockets and a charging port on the outside for your phone, was designed to fit a family look of the new and refreshed backpack line. Two colorways were designed; black, and camo.

pLANAR LASER LEVEL

This is a small, more DIY and home use version to add to the Klein laser level product line.

MODBox backpack component box

The backpack component box is a half width box to fit small parts and pieces that is attachable to the bottom of the backpack with a cutout to comfortably accommodate your back.

ET16 ANDROID BORESCOPE

Wired borescope with cables to connect to Android devices. Designed to be small enough to hold alongside a phone to control the LED brightness dial in the center.

rechargeable 2-color led headlamp

COB LED headlamp utilizing Klein’s hard hat headlamp accessory slot connectors. Designed with a baseline product as a next gen update.

LIGHTWEIGHT KNEE PAD SLEEVES

A Lycra and EVA foam knee pad to provide comfort for working on the jobsite or for home projects.

HEAVY DUTY KNEE PAD SLEEVES

A low profile, yet sturdy knee pad to wear over or under clothing. Winner of a 2022 Pro Tool Innovation Award in the Workwear and Safety category. Also, on an interesting note, Travis Scott was seen wearing a pair during his performance at the 2024 Grammy Awards!

ICE PACKS

Ice packs were designed with a hole in the center to increase surface area for faster freezing. Shell and label design were done by me.

XL TECH BACKPACK

The tech backpack, while similar to its regular counterpart, has an additional padded area to securely stash your laptop or tablet as well as neoprene pockets for meters.

RED/GREEN COMPACT LASER LEVEL

Another addition to the compact laser level line, the red and green laser color can be differentiated by the red or green streak of color on the on/off switch.

ELITE Bluetooth Jobsite Earbuds

These are the second generation version of the Jobsite earbuds with an updated design as well as a small LCD screen to show battery levels.

hinged gel knee pads

Redesigned an updated shell for the knee pad line.

Compact Laser Distance Measurer

Pocket-size laser distance measure with a clip to keep in place. Created the design for the outer housing and LCD display layout.

ERGODYNE SKULLERS LIGHTWEIGHT HARD HAT

Sketched and 3D modeled lighter weight hard hats, vented and unvented made from HDPE. Utilized SOLIDWORKS to surface model each hard hat entirely from scratch.

IRONWORKER AND WELDER BACKPACK

A heavy duty, fireproof, and large capacity backpack that allows users to carry tools, hard hats, and welding masks all in one pack.

BACKPACK Cooler

A backpack cooler ready for a hot day on the job site. Made of heavy duty nylon with a water resistant coating, the cooler has room for both your tools and a cold drink.

MODBOX SOFT BAG LINE

These bags were designed to top the Klein Tools modular tool system. The backpack, tool bag, and tool tote share a family look, as well as implementing design elements from the main box system.

J-Hooks

These are fully plastic molded J-hooks with a stopper mechanism to keep cables in place. I, with the help of the engineering team, created CAD to be a complete, toolable model.

HARD SHELL SLEEVE-STYLE KNEE PAD

An addition to the sleeve style knee pad family that has more protection for heavier duty jobs that require kneeling.
